Description
ISOMIX REPAIR PLASTER RP 300 is fast-setting one–coat application white plaster, waterproof, suitable for plaster repairs on old or new building surfaces. It contains high strength white Portland cement, lime, fillers and special additives that offer excellent adhesion on most substrates. It offers a very rapid and easy application.

- Repair of damaged areas of plaster on walls and ceilings of new and old building constructions.
- Repair of internal and external wall corners and damaged edges.
- Suitable for repairing wall irregularities due to damage from frost.
- Suitable for use on concrete, bricks, cement surfaces, stones, concrete blocks, aerated concrete blocks etc.

Instructions for use
Substrate preparation
- Substrates must be clean, free of oily residues, loose materials, dust etc.
- Remove all unstable plaster. Wash the substrate thoroughly avoiding the creation of water puddles.
- On difficult or very smooth surfaces ISOMIX REPAIR PLASTER should be reinforced with acrylic resin ISOMIX RESIN ACR 300 at a ratio ISOMIX RESIN ACR 300 : water = 1:3. The same can be used as a primer.
- Use fiberglass net for reinforcing surfaces.
Mixing instructions
- Add 5 - 5,5 kg of water in a clean bucket and add gradually under constant stirring 25kg of ISOMIX REPAIR PLASTER.
- Stir well until a uniform viscous mixture with the desired workability is formed.
- The working time of the mixture is approximately 3 hours.
Application
- Apply the mixture evenly on the substrate up to 2 cm thick as the ordinary plaster using a trowel.
- Cured surface can be treated with a sponge – faced float.
- Surfaces are ready for further treatment with acrylic surface filler ISOMIX WALL STUCCO or painting.
REMARKS
- Avoid application on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight, or temperatures exceeding 35oC – 40oC.
- Application temperature is +10oC - +35oC. Treated surfaces must be protected from fast drying, frost and direct sunlight. Slight dampening is advised at high temperatures to prevent rapid water loss.
