Description
ISOCRYL TITANIUM BLOCK is a new technology white, waterbased acrylic stain blocking primer and paint. It is suitable for all interior and exterior masonry surfaces. It seals and covers stains of smoke, nicotine, yellowing, most markers and pens, coffee, juice, humidity stains, tar, asphalt and many other dirt stains. Provides excellent coverage, strong adhesion and excellent humidity resistance. It is ammonia free and has low odour. It seals the stains and prevents their bleed through the final coat, while, at the same time it allows surface breathing, keeping humidity away. It is easy to apply and it dries fast. It gives a flat, mat surface, providing an exceptional finish. It is recoatable with all waterbased emulsion and acrylic paints.

Instructions for use
Surface preparation
- All surfaces should be dry and clean from dirt, grease, loose paint etc.
- New surfaces should be allowed to dry out completely.
- Fill minor defects with acrylic filler STANDARD. For large gaps – joints use elastomeric acrylic filler FLEX or super light filler LITE TECH. New surfaces may be smoothed with resin fortified acrylic surface filler ISOMIX WALL STUCCO.
Application
- Thin ISOCRYL TITANIUM BLOCK up to 10% with clean water and stir well before use.
- Use undiluted on heavily soiled surfaces.
- Apply with a roller, brush or airless spray
- Apply second coat in 2 – 3 hours. For heavily soiled surfaces, it is strongly recommended to recoat 24 hours later in order to achieve better stain blocking.
- For very difficult stains a third coat may be needed.
Lead statement
WARNING: Treatment of old surfaces such as dry sanding, flame cutting and/or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust and/or hazardous fumes. Lead dust may be released. Lead is toxic. Exposure to lead dust can cause serious illness. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by the provision of local exhaust ventilation, suitable respiratory protective equipment should be used.
Cleaning
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. Clean all equipment immediately after use with soapy water.
