Description
PGP BETON FILLER is a ready to use elastic concrete filler reinforced with ceramic microspheres ideal for filling cracks and joints. Does not crack or shrink due to its formulation based on acrylic PVA and ceramic microspheres. Withstands surface movements and vibrations. It is easily sanded and has thermo insulation properties. Its gray colour blends with cementitious substrates. May be applied on concrete, plaster, drywall, bricks, stones, render and wood.

- Fills cracks up to 6cm deep and 2cm wide as well as concrete irregularities
- It is suitable for concrete surfaces, plaster, plasterboards, cementboards, wood, bricks, stone etc.

Instructions for use
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Surfaces must be dry and clean from dust, grease and loose particles and other contamination
- For deeper cracks or joints application of water-based acrylic primer is necessary
- Apply with a spatula or spreader
- Press the filler onto the surface to a maximum depth of 3mm
- For deep cavities apply fiber or plastic reinforcing net
- Fill hole proud to allow for sanding and finish with a wet knife
- Once dry, sand to a smooth finish
- The final surface may be primed and painted
- Close lid immediately after use to prevent drying
It is advisable to perform a suitability test prior to full scale application
REMARKS
- Do not use to fill plastics or metals
- Do not apply externally when rain is imminent (within 5 hours of application)
- Do not apply at temperatures (ambient and surface) below 5oC
- Not suitable for repairs to permanently wet areas
